Pricing for Your Space

Every company’s janitorial needs are as unique as their culture. Because of this, our team offers custom quotes for each of our customers. For a frame of reference, here are what some of our current clients costs are.

Small Office

We have a number of small offices ranging in size from 600 to 4000 square feet and 1 – 50 employees.

Once a week cleaning- $45 (minimum)

Multiple Cleanings $45 (minimum) up to $90 per night.

Church

This is a 40,000 square foot facility.

We do a twice a week cleaning and one day of daytime porter help – $3200 a month

Large Office

These include square footage of 15K and up.

This example space is 29,000 square feet and has 400+ employees.

We provide nightly cleaning service and 6 hours a day Monday thru Friday porter service. $7700 per month

**Examples of considerations that effect price – number of bathrooms, kitchen/break area, total square feet, number of employees and work stations, types of flooring, frequency of visits, and your own special needs. We want to make this work for your budget and your space’s appearance.
