Janitorial Services

Normal nightly responsibilities for janitorial service include but are not limited to:

Restroom and breakroom cleaning
Vacuum/sweep/mop floors
Trash removal
Interior window cleaning
High and low dusting
And More!

We will order and keep in stock all paper and plastic disposables if desired. We use our own equipment and Branch Basics human safe cleaning products. (For more info on Branch Basics click here!) Our desire is to work with you to create a program that will address all of your cleaning needs.

Office Care

We don’t want to just clean. We look from floor to ceiling, in corners behind furniture, and the places you didn’t even know you had to improve the appearance of your place of refuge. These include:

light fixtures
touch up painting and spackling
carpet and rug spot removal
exterior window cleaning
replacing ceiling panels
all the little touch up things that you notice until they become a part of the scenery.

Daytime Porter Service

Porters are the daytime help many large offices and buildings need for cleaning and maintenance. Porters will:

Clean bathrooms
Stock and clean break rooms and kitchens
Clean entrance windows
Sweep and remove trash from exterior landscape
In general just be on hand to during business hours to care for your employees and guests.

Floor Care

We will nightly vacuum, mop, and sweep. We will pay attention for small spots, marks, and stains that can easily be removed. Some flooring surfaces require a little special attention at times. We will work with you to create an effective floor care program performed by us or one of our partners who specialize in carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing, stained concrete, hard wood/laminate, or the host of surfaces in your office.

Deep Cleaning

While we strive for excellence in all cleaning we do, once in a while you might want to give your office, restrooms, and break areas a little extra cleaning that the usual can’t do. Sometimes toilets need a little extra cleaning at their bases and underneath. Baseboards need to be scrubbed instead of dusted due to traffic build up. Light fixtures need to be oped up and wiped clean of bugs and debris (look up and see if you can see any dots in the lights). Ceiling tiles have started to sag. The walls are scuffed and could use a little touch up, the microwave and refrigerator are cleaned out, but what about all that dust and food that gets pushed or kicked under them? Again, let’s work together to effectively care for your space!
